Role Details
- Hours: 25.375 average per week
- Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 00:00 – 08:00
- Salary: £20,148.77 (£15.27 per hour)
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: 6th July 2026
- Closing Date: 31st May 2026
- All IT equipment required for the role will be provided; a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps and download speed of 15 Mbps is required.
Responsibilities
With a cool head, you’ll be handling varying calls, ranging from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls, test calls, to contacting emergency services.
You will arrange help for our vulnerable clients when they need us the most.
Qualifications
- Genuine desire to help the community, empathy, and ability to communicate sympathetically with distressed callers.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre environment dealing with customers, including remote work experience.
- A good general standard of education; core values and training are the priority.
- Resilience and drive to meet personal targets while delivering excellent customer service.
