Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing commercial property team in the Solent region. The role

You will join an experienced real estate team advising a broad range of clients including corporate occupiers, developers, investors and financial institutions.
nn
Your work will involve advising clients on the acquisition, disposal and ongoing management of property portfolios. You will also support real estate finance transactions and provide property input on wider corporate matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and colleagues based in the Solent office while also collaborating with lawyers across other UK offices on multi-office transactions.

Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate
