HR Apprentice: Full Lifecycle HR Admin & Onboarding

Ipsum is seeking an HR Apprentice in Chorley to provide administrative support for the HR processes in the Water Division. This role offers an excellent chance for individuals starting their HR career or looking to expand their existing knowledge through hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Over the 18-month apprenticeship, you will maintain HR databases, support employee communications, and engage in various HR activities, all while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
