Job Description

We are looking for a caring and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support a young child by taking them out to activities such as swimming, play centres, parks, and the library.

Contract Type

Part Time, Permanent.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support with attending and enjoying community activities.
• Provide supervision at all times to ensure safety.
• Assist with personal care, including nappy changing.
• Help with dressing, particularly for activities like swimming.

Specific Requirements

• Female applicant preferred.
• Kind, patient, and understanding nature.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Driving licence preferred but not essential.

Required Training

• Experience.
• DBS check or willingness to obtain.

Contract Details

• Hourly Rate: £12.21
• Hours Per Week: 6 hours
• Hours Schedule: Wednesday evenings 4:00pm – 7:00pm and Saturdays or Sundays 11:00am – 2:00pm
• Transport required.

• Pets present in the household.

About the Child

A friendly 6‑year‑old child with autism who enjoys getting out and about and engaging in fun activities.
