Facilities Assistant
Salary: £14,917.50 per annum pro rata (based on full‑time equivalent £24,862.50 per annum)
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week. You will typically work Monday to Wednesday, with occasional weekend work required.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll help with the day‑to‑day presentation of the National Trust’s buildings and outdoor spaces. Your tasks will include cleaning, sweeping, litter‑picking both inside and outdoors, minor maintenance, and manual work such as unloading deliveries.
You will also be required to maintain the highest standards of customer service, speaking to visitors and answering queries, and may be asked to support other teams with general maintenance work.
