Pub Service & Guest Experience Associate

Haven Holidays in Alston is excited to find a friendly and motivated Pub Team Member to join our restaurant and bar. In this role, you will welcome guests warmly, take their orders, serve delicious food and drinks, and create an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Ideal candidates will possess effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Flexibility is key, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Previous experience in hospitality is appreciated but not required as training will be provided.
