SEN Teaching Assistant (Post-16) – Support & Growth

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support post-16 students with autism and learning disabilities in Bath. The role entails helping students develop confidence and communication while providing 1:1 and small-group support. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

The position offers a salary of £14.30 per hour with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and starts in September, with the potential to become permanent after a 16-week settling-in period.
