What you’ll be doing

With full training and ongoing support, you’ll learn how to:

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies
• Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Make outbound calls to develop new and existing business
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

• Confident communication skills (telephone and face to face)
• A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude
• Strong organisation and time management skills
