Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a 360 Grab Operative on behalf of our client based in the Hull area.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 grab/excavator safely and efficiently within a busy recycling facility.
You will support the movement and loading of loose materials onto the sorting line while ensuring materials are evenly distributed to maximise operational efficiency. Health and Safety is a key priority in this role, and continuous communication with site staff via radio is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a 360 grab/excavator safely and effectively
- Loading materials onto conveyor belts for sorting operations
- Monitoring material distribution to support sort line efficiency
- Following all site Health & Safety procedures
- Communicating with on-site teams via radio
- Supporting the wider recycling operation where required
Candidate Requirements
- Valid and in-date 360 Grab / Excavator licence
- Previous mobile plant or waste industry experience beneficial
- Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
Licence/Certification
- In-date 360 Grab / Excavator licence (preferred)
