Evolve Training Aberdeen is seeking a full-time Banksman/Rigging Instructor to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Banksman and rigging operators within the Greater Aberdeen Area. This role requires a strong background in Banksman operations, effective communication skills, and relevant professional certifications.
The instructor will develop training materials, evaluate trainee performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. A working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is essential, along with the ability to engage and inspire trainees.
