About The Role
Shift Pattern: Working 5 days over a 7 day period, 8am until 4pm.
Here at Alton Towers, our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Washroom Cleaners to join the team! This is a fixed term contract, starting from ASAP until Mid-November 2026.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Ensuring all areas of washroom facilities are presented to the highest standard
- Complete audits and fill in relevant paperwork
- Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, recycling, cleaning and maintaining Alton Towers washrooms to a high standard
- Cleaning of toilets, mirrors, hand basins and floors
- Checking supplies are readily available and all equipment is in working order
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in cleaning service or related industry would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to commit to a seasonal contract until November 2026
- Flexibility with availability for shifts
- Excellent customer service skills as you may be required to assist guests where possible to ensure our guests have a magical and memorable day out
