Growth Marketing Manager

London Bridge (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, Wednesday anchor day) £50,000 – £60,000

Overview

We’re partnered with a fast-growing, category‑challenging wellness brand in the supplements space, building strong momentum across both retail and direct‑to‑consumer.

With 50,000 active subscribers today and a target to reach 100,000 within the next 24 months, this is a key hire to help scale growth efficiently and sustainably.

This is a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager role, ideal for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands subscription models, and wants real ownership in a scaling business.

The Role

Reporting into the CMO, you’ll take ownership of performance marketing and customer acquisition, with a strong focus on driving subscriber growth and improving efficiency across paid channels.

This role is about building and scaling a high‑performing growth engine – not just driving traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Acquisition:

    • Own and optimise paid channels:
      • Meta (core channel)
      • Google PPC
      • TikTok (growing focus)
    • Drive efficient customer acquisition (balancing CAC versus LTV)
    • Scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROI
  • Agency Management:

    • Manage external agency partner (health & fitness specialist)
    • Hold accountability across:
      • Performance
      • Creative output
      • Budget efficiency
    • Act as the internal owner of results
  • Growth & Optimisation:

    • Lead creative testing and experimentation
    • Optimise landing pages and conversion funnels
    • Continuously improve acquisition and subscription conversion rates
  • Commercial Performance:

    • Own key metrics:
      • CAC
      • LTV
      • ROI
    • Manage performance within a £1M‑£5M budget range
    • Balance growth with profitability

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience in growth or performance marketing
  • Strong hands‑on experience across Meta and Google (essential)
  • Proven track record in PPC and paid social (in‑platform execution)
  • Experience within D2C consumables (e.g. supplements, vitamins, skincare, food/drink)
  • Exposure to subscription models and scaling recurring revenue
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, attribution)
  • Experience managing agencies and driving accountabilityCommercial mindset with a focus on efficiency and growth

Nice to Have

  • Experience in health, wellness, or fitness categories
  • Background in subscription‑led brands (e.g. supplements, online pharmacies)
  • Exposure to TikTok paid and emerging channels
