CNC Turning Setter/Operator

CNC Turner Setter/Operator in Leicester. Permanent, full‑time role working days or nights with hourly rate of £15.00 plus £2.00 night shift allowance, 4‑day week, and long‑term stability.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC turning machines.
• Produce parts to drawing and required tolerances.
• Make offsets and basic adjustments.
• Inspect parts using measuring equipment.
• Work to quality and production targets.
• Keep your area clean, safe, and organised.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator.
• Ability to set and operate CNC lathes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience using measuring equipment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and hard‑working attitude.
• Experience with Mazak Quick Turn lathes is an advantage.

Hours

Day Shift – Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 17:15.

Night Shift – Monday to Thursday, 18:00 to 06:00.

Pay

• £15.00 per hour.
• £2.00 per hour night shift allowance.
