CNC Setter Operator

Overview

We are working with an automotive component manufacturer based in Witham who are looking for a CNC Setter Operator to join their night shift.

Shift Hours

The night shift hours are 9.30pm to 7.30am Monday to Thursday. This is a 38 hour week.

Pay

Pay is up to £17ph + a 33% shift allowance.

Duties

• Set and operate 3 and 5 axis machines
• Cutting and preparing materials
• Work with aluminium, steel, plastics, epoxy tool boards and carbon fibre
• Deburring and manually finishing parts where required

Qualifications

• Good understanding of HAAS or Fanuc controls
• Ability to set tools, work offsets and adjust tool offsets

Employment Status

This is a temporary to permanent position. The company has a full order book till early 2030’s so does need people to go permanent after the temporary period.
