Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Handle cash, card payments, and operate the POS system accurately
• Monitor customer behavior and promote responsible drinking
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink mixing, and bar equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., responsible alcohol service) are a plus
