Role Overview
Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join its Structured Finance CLO team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Preparing legal documents
- Conducting legal research and creating reports
- Coordinate closing and signing processes for transactions
Qualifications
Minimum of a year’s finance experience. CLO experience preferable.
