Warehouse Operative – Fridge & Freezer Environment

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team. This role involves loading and unloading trunks within a fast-paced fridge and freezer environment, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery trunks
• Moving stock within chilled and frozen warehouse areas
• Manual handling of goods and pallets
• Ensuring all products are stored correctly and safely
• Following health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

Working Hours

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 10:00pm – 6:00am

Flexibility to work all shifts is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work in a chilled and freezer environment
• Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling duties
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
