MFL Teacher Bradford

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a welcoming and well‑resourced secondary school in the Bradford area. This is a long‑term position starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well‑structured MFL lessons aligned with the school curriculum
• Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policies
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners
• Use a range of teaching strategies to engage students and promote language acquisition
• Provide constructive feedback to support student development
• Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and whole‑school events where required
• Ensure safeguarding and student welfare remain a top priority at all times

Pre‑requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching French and/or Spanish within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the MFL curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• A valid enhanced DBS on the update service
• Two school based references
