Teacher of Psychology – Bradford

About the role:

Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Bradford, form September 202026. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5.
• Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements and school policies.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to challenge and support learners of all abilities.
• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to promote improvement.
• Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and wider school initiatives.
• Participate in parents’ evenings, CPD sessions, and school events as required.

Pre‑requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Specialism in Psychology or a closely related subject.
• Experience teaching Psychology at KS4/KS5 (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching young people.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
