IRIS Software Group is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their Every team. This role focuses on guiding schools through onboarding and using Every’s software solutions, helping them transition from older systems smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, HR systems, or education software, and will enjoy providing direct customer support. Strong communication skills are essential to manage expectations and deliver training effectively.

This position is based in Leeds and requires occasional travel to the office.
