  • Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support during audits and month-end processes.

A Successful Accounts Assistant – Part Time Should Have

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
