Lead Extrusion Operator

Lead Extrusion Operator – Permanent Position Available!

Join our client who manufacture PVC Pipes as a LEAD EXTRUSION OPERATOR. This is an ongoing position with a view to become a permanent member of staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor & lead the packing operation
• Ensure all saw & extraction units are operating and cleaned regularly
• Carry out quality checks at specified intervals
• Raise non-conformance reports on any suspect products that don’t meet the standard
• Carry out shift handover

Shift & Pay:

• 3 shift rotation
• 05:45 – 14:00 / 13:45 – 22:00 / 21:45 – 06:00
• £13.76 per hour
• Up to £20.64 if worked over standard hours

Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous experience in Extrusion required
• Fork Lift Truck License
• First Aid Training
