Job Description:

Company

Wise is a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be the strategic commercial voice of the Assets product. You will sit directly within the Product team, working side‑by‑side with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers. Your role is to own the go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle adoption for our investment products worldwide.

The Team

You will join the Grow Squad, the cross‑functional team responsible for the “Holding” and “Wealth” pillars of our mission, empowering Wise customers to live the life they want by making their money work as hard as it can.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Positioning: shape the narrative and define the global positioning for Wise Interest and Stocks; translate wealth‑tech concepts (APY, Yield, Fund Performance, Risk) into clear, human value propositions for diverse customer segments.
  • Market and Competitor Intelligence: map user needs and anxieties around savings and investments to inform the product roadmap, ensuring we build solutions that solve real problems.
  • Launch & Go‑to‑Market: lead GTM strategy for new markets, coordinate cross‑functional teams (Legal, Compliance, PR, Paid Media, CRM), and execute compliant, flawless launches.
  • On‑going Campaigns: continually refine messaging, select the right channels, and iterate based on data to drive more customers to try Assets.
  • Sales and Support Enablement: equip CS and Sales teams with pitch decks, FAQs, and battle cards to help them answer complex questions about risk and returns.

Qualifications

  • Product Marketing Native: 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within FinTech, WealthTech, or a high‑growth B2C platform.
  • Financial Literacy: comfortable with AUM, APY, Yield, Liquidity, and Capital at Risk; able to explain the difference between a Savings Account and a Money Market Fund to a layperson.
  • Regulatory Comfort: view compliance as a design constraint, with experience in regulated industries and crafting compliant copy.
  • Data‑Driven Storyteller: use SQL, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar tools to measure messaging impact and iterate based on conversion funnels.
  • Global Mindset: localize value propositions for varying cultures and regulatory environments.

Interview Focus

We’ll assess your metrics framework, a story of misaligned insight, and your understanding of the product adoption funnel. Be prepared to share how you link soft marketing activities to hard business results and demonstrate your expertise in mapping complex user journeys.
