Copywriter – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Full Time 37.5 hours | Hybrid (Willand, Devon) | Department: Marketing | Salary: Up to £36,798
We’re looking for a creative, detail driven Copywriter to join our Marketing Team and play a key role in shaping how our brand sounds, feels, and connects with customers across every channel.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging content across digital, print, and campaign touchpoints.
- Produce website copy, email content, brochures, sales tools, press releases, long‑form guides, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with Creative, Brands, Digital and other Marketing teams to deliver integrated content that enhances the customer experience and supports commercial goals.
- Adapt tone for different audiences and channels in a B2B environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong copywriting experience.
- Experience in B2B environments.
- Ability to absorb information quickly and simplify complex details.
- Organised, curious, collaborative, and able to thrive in a team.

Cleaner – Safety & Facilities Team
35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm | Salary: £23,132 – £24,100 per year
Responsibilities:
- Clean communal areas including offices, warehouse, toilets, meeting rooms, hallways.
- External cleaning such as yard sweeping, window cleaning, pressure washing and leaf blowing.
- Carry out regular cleaning and hygiene checks.
- Vacuum, sweep and clean floors across site.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly.
- Clean washrooms and showers to a high standard.
- Move furniture or equipment when required.
- Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Use powered, pedestrian and ride‑on cleaning equipment (training provided).
- Clean company vehicles as required.
- Support additional reasonable tasks as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks.
- Basic technology usage (phone or tablet).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Experience in similar environment.
- Experience using powered or ride‑on cleaning equipment.

Warehouse Operatives – Distribution Team
£13.10 per hour + shift premium | 40 hours per week | Various shift patterns available
Responsibilities:
- Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving deliveries, storing products safely, and preparing customer orders.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and follow company processes.
- Collaborate to ensure consistent delivery of customer orders.
- Shift options include 1pm–10pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 Sundays, and 4pm–3am Monday to Thursday (no Sundays).
Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse environment, especially picking, packing, or manual handling.
- Experience using hand scanners, pallet trucks, PPTs or LLOPs.
- Positive attitude, commitment to safety, and ability to meet accuracy and productivity targets.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
