Responsibilities

  • AV solutions : By asking non-technical questions, collate the necessary information from our varying clients and their events and provide tailored AV solutions with estimates and official quotations in a timely manner
  • Client Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, ultimately expanding our portfolio and contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV solutions for client events.
  • Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving : Address any issues that arise with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Client Service Excellence : Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining a client-first attitude.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Industry Experience : Proven experience in managing client portfolios within the AV and events industry.
  • Technical Knowledge : Must have previous knowledge in the AV / audio-visual and events industry. Must be technically minded and understand the products and services we offer.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
