Qualifications and Experience

• A commitment to education and raising standards
• An excellent primary practitioner with a specialism in Early Years, who is passionate about teaching and learning
• Commitment to working with children with additional needs
• The ability to work collaboratively with outside professionals and fellow members of staff
• The ability to inspire children and deliver exciting learning opportunities
• Passionate about continued professional development
• The ability to act as a positive role model
• A good understanding of communication and interaction difficulties with an understanding of the complexity of language and its development and how this affects autistic children
• Excellent organization and record‑keeping skills
• Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status); post is not suitable for NQTs
