National Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to join our ‘solution based’ Commercial Corporate Sales Division. Based in South-West England.

Salary – Up to £55k per annum (+ commission, company car, laptop etc). Hours of Work – Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline to achieve profitable growth margin across accounts.
  • Project manage the roll-out of new contracts and services.
  • Advise on market changes, trends and competitor activities.
  • Self‑motivate to manage own diary and exceed all assigned commercial and behavioural KPIs.

Qualifications

  • A real commitment and motivation to achieve goals.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining contracted business.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
  • Exposure to tender processes and re‑tenders to retain and secure account contracts.
  • Complete understanding of the sales and business development process with strong commercial acumen.
  • A full valid driving licence.
  • Will‑ingness to undertake overnight stays if required.
