Job Title: General Operatives

Location: Coalville

LRL is recruiting experienced General Operatives to work on a large-scale project within a new warehouse distribution centre in Coalville.

Project Overview

This project involves assembling prefabricated pods in a high‑paced environment. Operatives will be expected to assemble between 6-8 pods per hour, maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.

Project Details

• Start Date: May
• Project duration: 1½ months
• Standard working day: 9 hours
• Saturday and Sunday OT may be required

Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated pods efficiently, meeting target of 6‑8 pods per hour.
• Maintain high quality standards and consistent performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience assembling pods in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Valid CSCS, CCNSG or EMSS certification.
• Two recent, relevant working references.
