About the Role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Belfast on a permanent basis. The role focuses on delivering world‑class customer service to building employees and guests, functioning as the first point of contact and managing day‑to‑day operational tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility: greet them, issue visitor and parking passes, and escort visitors to the appropriate location.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally to make a memorable first impression.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and address issues with vendors or staff as needed.
  • Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers.
  • Provide support to the team as directed, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
  • Create customized client materials that follow brand guidelines.
  • Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures, notifying the appropriate parties to ensure safety.
  • Recognise and solve typical and atypical problems that may arise in the work area without supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  • Impact the team through the quality of services or information provided.
  • Follow standardised procedures and practices, receiving regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma or 2–3 years of job‑related experience.
  • Established understanding of work routines and standards, with the ability to apply skills and knowledge across processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Intermediate problem‑solving skills, capable of reviewing and selecting solutions without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information clearly and concisely within the team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organisational skills and a robust inquisitive mindset.
