Redbox+ Dumpsters of Lehigh Valley is currently hiring for a Hooklift Roll-Off Driver in the Easton area.
We are looking for friendly, respectful, timely, self‑motivated, and safe Drivers. Redbox+ of Lehigh Valley is not a typical waste service. We hold a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market. Redbox+ is a boutique, family‑owned company that offers exceptional service to our customers. The best fit for this role will maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped Ford Hooklift roll‑off truck, manage time appropriately, love logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.
Typical Schedule
Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM; must be available 1 Saturday per month.

Duties
- Deliver roll‑off containers to customer job‑sites safely
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
- Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with project managers
- Perform safety pre‑trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
- Empty containers at disposal sites
- Tarp containers during transport
Skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time delivery & pick‑up
- Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
- Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
- Highly skilled backing and maneuvering when necessary
- Professional interactions with customers and maintain courteous behavior to all members of public
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
- Excellent driving record
- Valid/current driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- Pass drug tests before and during employment
- Legally able to work in the US
- Familiarity of the greater area of Lehigh Valley

Compensation
$22.00 per hour
