We are currently recruiting dedicated Domestic Assistants to join our team in Brooklands, Magherafelt.
Working for Conway Group Healthcare, you will help make a difference to residents’ lives while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control. The role includes deep cleaning tasks, ensuring a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff, and supporting the care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness within the care home and adhere to the company’s infection control procedures and policies.
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks to a high standard, complying with infection control guidelines.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Ideal Candidate
- Caring, positive person with strong cleanliness standards and the ability to create a welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
- Caring and friendly nature to help create a homely environment for residents.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience in a care background is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
