I am supporting a leading medical equipment manufacturing company as they continue to expand their team. They are seeking a logistics warehouse coordinator to join a growing team and ongoing project, supporting cutting‑edge life science projects.
Location: Oxford, England (Onsite)
Experience: 2-3 years working in a warehouse or storeroom.
Start Date: ASAP, End of January.
Role: 6‑Month contract position with possibility for extension into a permanent role subject to performance and role availability.
About the Role
The coordinator will receive goods from suppliers and other stock locations into the storeroom, transfer items using the stock transfer order (STO) process, maintain accurate inventory records in SAP across all warehouse locations and assist in cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support quarterly audit readiness. The role also includes picking and packing of items for dispatch and ensuring all goods are appropriately handled, labelled and stored in a safe manner.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse or storeroom.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems – preferably SAP.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- High level of attention to detail.
- IT literate with strong MS Office.
- A-Levels or equivalent minimum.
