Salary: £29,948 per annum (from April 2026)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Overview

We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) to join a Property Maintenance and Construction department.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all types of flooring work in both domestic and commercial properties
• Delivering work to a high standard of quality
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering (or working towards it)
• Approximately 2 years of on‑site training/experience
• Relevant multi‑skilled building trade experience
• CSCS card appropriate to the role
• Experience working in both commercial and domestic property environments
