Key Responsibilities
- Ordering and managing stock levels
- Creating and managing staff rotas
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
- Training, motivating, and leading the kitchen team
- Supporting a high-volume service while maintaining quality
What we’re looking for
- Previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
- Experience with American-style cooking
- A background working in high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisation and communication abilities
