Operating Department Orderly | Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust

Operating Department Orderly – Band 2 37.5 hours per week (to cover 24/7 service) Permanent.

To work in a busy theatre department. Be part of a team looking after patients and delivering good patient outcomes. Cover the needs of the service over a 24‑hour/7‑day rota. Support the hospital night team to deliver emergency care in theatre and maternity.

Important Notice on Visa Sponsorship Eligibility: The trust does offer sponsorship, but this role is unfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Health and Care Worker visa route. This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £25,000 per annum and/or the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration. To undertake messenger/porters duties between the theatres, wards and other departments. To offer support to the members of the multi‑disciplinary operating department/endoscopy team.
