Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised part‑time Administrator to support our team with general office and data entry duties. This role would suit someone with good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the office run smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis.
Main Duties
- Enter survey information accurately into client databases, check and update records, and provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Assist with day‑to‑day office tasks, answer telephone calls professionally, respond to enquiries, and contact tenants and clients to arrange appointments.
What We Are Looking For
- Organised, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Previous administration experience preferred, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
