Ticketing & Customer Experience Specialist (Part-Time)

The Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service representative to provide exceptional service for ticket sales and delivery. You will engage with stakeholders, manage inquiries, and support ticketing operations.
