Job Overview
As an Apprentice Admin Assistant, you will support the administrative functions of the office, learning and developing skills across a full spectrum of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming emails and direct queries to the appropriate teams.
- Schedule meetings, maintain shared calendars and book meeting rooms.
- Prepare reports, draft documents and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Photocopy, scan, file and organise documents to support team activities.
- Monitor stock levels and order office supplies as required.
- Create and process Purchase Order numbers for approval and sign‑off.
- Update internal databases, spreadsheets and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English at Level 4 or above.
- Positive work ethic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently to achieve company goals.
- Good communication skills.
