What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective adoptive families, ensuring all placements promote safety and stability for children.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to adoptive parents throughout the entire adoption process.
• Work closely with children and birth families to offer counselling and support, helping to facilitate the best possible outcomes for everyone involved.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and review adoption cases, ensuring that all practices align with local and national policies.
• Organise and lead support groups for adoptive families to encourage community building and shared experiences.
