Courier – Cat. C1

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Couriers.

Working hours: 45 per week.

Salary: £15.01 per hour. Premiums paid for hours worked between 7pm‑10pm and 10pm‑6am.

Responsibilities

• Represent FedEx in front of customers, courteously picking up and delivering their packages.
• Drive vehicles in the FedEx fleet on defined routes in various postcodes, ensuring packages are delivered on time.
• Operate vehicles safely and legally.
• Follow all FedEx Health and Safety and other company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable team player.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Strong customer focus.
• Good communication skills.
• Eye for detail to ensure paperwork is correct.
• Valid driving license for the assigned vehicle type; holding it for 2+ years is an advantage.
• Adaptability to external driving conditions and circumstances.
• Commercial driving experience is an advantage.
• Basic geographical knowledge.
