Care Assistant

Location: Bath & NE SomersetSalary: £13.85 to £14.85 per hourTraining: Expert trainingShift patterns: Flexible

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support patients in all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a team. You’ll provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s needs and help them maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, individualized care
• Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal preparation, nutrition and feeding
• Support medication administration, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Perform light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable, friendly face for all the customers you care for

Requirements

• Kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required – full training provided
• Must hold a full UK driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle
