Opportunity
We are an innovative provider of childhood ADHD assessments using software and AI tools to support clinicians and families. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality assessments and supporting a multidisciplinary team in accordance with NICE guidance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality child ADHD neuro‑developmental assessments.
- Act in accordance with safeguarding policy, including conducting risk assessments and providing safeguarding training to Level 3 and above.
- Maintain mandatory training, continuing professional development, and professional registration.
- Share ideas to improve Paloma’s software tools for safe and efficient assessments.
- Manage caseload, including time management and communication with parents and children.
- Support integrated prescribing and medication access for families.
- Participate in team training, supervision, and development conversations.
Time commitment: 3‑5 days per week (0.6–1 FTE). Remote location.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered nurse (NMC), speech‑language therapist, occupational therapist, practitioner psychologist (HCPC), or registered social worker (Social Work England).
- At least one year’s experience delivering child ADHD assessments.
- Sound knowledge of typical development, co‑occurring conditions and normal levels of attention.
- Ability to present client‑centred findings, manage time, and communicate effectively.
- Enhanced DBS with barred list check.
- Experience conducting risk assessments in neuro‑developmental contexts.
- Experience in child autism assessments and dual assessments preferred.

- Competitive compensation: £60 000‑62 000 (HCPC‑registered OT or ST therapists) or £66 000‑68 000 (HCPC‑registered psychologists). Base salary plus variable components.
