CRM Campaign Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands‑on CRM Campaign Coordinator with specific Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and a passion for CRM. This role is vital in delivering our CRM programme and ensuring we put our best foot forward, working closely with functional teams across Primark. As part of the Primark CRM Team, you’ll join a fast‑paced, commercial environment, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll do

  • Adapt and manage the centrally owned CRM channel calendar for assigned markets, ensuring alignment with local needs and the overall Brand/Content calendar.
  • Drive CRM visibility across markets through stakeholder engagement, presentations and implementation of CRM strategies.
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery, from conceptualisation and execution to QA, optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Maintain high‑quality campaign processes, ensuring accuracy, timely execution and up‑to‑date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Brand and cross‑functional teams to identify optimisation opportunities and gather business requirements with solution recommendations.
  • Partner with external/internal stakeholders on accelerations, troubleshooting and rollout of new functionalities.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong CRM expertise, stakeholder management, attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms (Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Adobe Campaign, Oracle CX, Emarsys, Klaviyo).
  • Proven understanding of core CRM principles, with a solid technical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing end‑to‑end email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong track record of communicating strategies, KPIs, activity plans and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and open communication style, with the ability to build balanced relationships across teams.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is advantageous, and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms or the retail industry is beneficial but not essential.

What you’ll get

  • 27 days of annual leave, bank holidays and the opportunity to buy 5 additional days.
  • Tax‑saver ticket, fitness centre access and a subsidised cafeteria.
  • Supportive team that celebrates who you are and aids you in reaching your potential.
