Job Description:

We are recruiting for two organised and proactive Operations Coordinators to support the delivery of online programmes and operational activities within a digital-first environment. The role combines scheduling, stakeholder coordination, reporting, financial administration and operational support.

The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate and schedule live online sessions using Zoom, working closely with faculty and project teams
  • Host online sessions and provide technical support, ensuring recordings are uploaded promptly
  • Manage scheduling conflicts, session changes and operational queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support online programme delivery
  • Monitor learner engagement and operational performance using reporting and analytics tools
  • Produce reports to support trend analysis and continuous improvement activities
  • Support administrative projects, including development of workflows, guides and checklists
  • Raise and manage purchase orders using Oracle systems
  • Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Maintain procedural documentation and support operational continuity
  • Contribute to operational efficiency through strong organisation and planning

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience managing operational or administrative processes in digital environments
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to work
  • Ability to build effective working relationships in remote and in-person settings
  • Experience following procedures and using internal systems accurately
  • Understanding of confidentiality and information security
  • High attention to detail and commitment to professional development
