Machine Operator Wanted!

Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Palletiser Operator on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy hands‑on work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues quickly.
• Maintain a smooth workflow to minimise downtime and keep production on track.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
• Monitor and ensure all palletising robots operate at peak efficiency.

What We Offer

Pay rate: £14 per hour, with overtime available at £17.50.

Flexible shift options to suit your schedule:

• 5 days on / 2 days off
• 4 days on / 3 days off
• Up to 12‑hour shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic technical or mechanical understanding (not essential).
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts.
