Peak-Season Customer Support Advisor

Impact Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking friendly and experienced Customer Service Advisors to support a peak period at a renowned online gifting and retail company. You’ll respond to customer queries via phone and email, following clear scripts and using multiple systems.

Key requirements include previous customer service experience, good communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment. You’ll work 7 shifts between 12th and 24th June, with pay ranging from £13.45 to £14.80 per hour.
