Warehouse Operative

Shift Pattern: 06:00 am – 15:00 pm, Potential Overtime until 18:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Our client, a leading distribution company based at Magna Park, Lutterworth, is looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join their team. Working within a team, you will ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and that products are picked and packed, ready for delivery to sites across the UK.

The Role:

• Packaging of goods to customer specification
• Picking products using a handheld scanner
• Labelling
• Reworking products
• General warehousing duties
• Completion of Quality Checks

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience is not necessary, as full training will be given
• Have a flexible approach to working hours – Short notice shifts available
• Quality conscious with an awareness of Health & Safety
• Ability to adapt to changes in the working environment
• Highly motivated and driven
• Good communication skills are required for working within a team
