- Nursing Home Manager As Nursing Home Manager, you’ll have full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, with the freedom to lead in your own style.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of the nursing home
- Acting as the NMC‑registered clinical lead
- Maintaining and exceeding CQC standards
- Supporting, mentoring, and retaining the nursing team
- Overseeing care planning, audits, and governance
- Managing staffing, budgets, and occupancy
- Building strong relationships with families and professionals
- Ensuring the home continues to deliver safe, person‑centred care
Who We’re Looking For
- RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN (essential)
- Experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and clinical governance
- Confident, visible leader with excellent people skills
- Someone who values stability, quality, and long‑term leadership
