Key Responsibilities
- Supporting people with daily living- like cooking, cleaning, shopping and personal care.
- Deliver person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and individual choice.
- Supporting people to go out into the community and participate in meaningful activities and to attend appointments.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including daily notes, incident reports, and monitoring tools.
- Build positive relationships, offering reassurance, patience, and emotional support.
- Supporting with safe medication administration.
- Respond calmly to challenging behaviour, using de‑escalation techniques and reflective practice to support learning.
