FLT Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a dedicated and hard working Warehouse Operative with FLT experience or a valid licence to join our vibrant packhouse team. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and have a hands on attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload lorries, ensuring goods are handled with care and accuracy.
• Operate FLT to move stock efficiently within the packhouse, in line with stock rotation procedures.
• Ensure stock is correctly located for storage or despatch.
• Wrap pallets securely and maintain orderly workspaces.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping standards. Clearing away product, packaging, rubbish, sweeping floor, wiping down surfaces of production areas and general tidying of the packhouse.
• Support stock control and follow health & safety procedures.

What We are Looking For

• Valid FLT licence or substantial forklift driving experience (essential)
• Physically capable and comfortable working on your feet
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic
• Team player with good communication skills

• £12.71 per hour, with a pay review after a successful 3-month probation
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am – finish (4:00pm); Alternate Saturdays, 6:00am – finish (12:00pm).
